My Grand mother from Haiti applied for her children. She is a permanent resident since 2000. Finally her children have an appointment in Haiti to get their visa. They are being asked to bring my grandmother picture when they already have her picture. They are asking them to bring her passport. When they bring the documents, they are told to come back at a later date. They are giving them a lot of running around. I would like to know if that’s normal procedure. Meanwhile two of the children are granted their visa.
