visitor visa query....

My brother and sister got the tourist visa for 1 year[multiple visit] and my parents got the visa for 10 year with multiple visit..they got their visa in july...someone told me that they have to come to US within 6 months from the date visa was issued on.i m really worried..if someone can share their experience on this matter ..thanks in advance.

Not true. They can come anytime until the expiration date.
