Visa on old passport

My parent has visitor visa in old passport and they are in the process of renewing their passports. Do they need to get the Visa again in new passport or they can travel well with the visa in the old passport? Their Visa is valid for another 5 years.

The visas in the old PP remain valid. When they travel, they have to carry both the passports.
