Hi,
I am staying in US since 2008 jan on L1. I want to invite my parents to visit us. My brother is also staying in US on Student Visa. My question is it necessary that sponsor should be in US when the visitor visits US. I dont know how many days i am going to stay in US. So, then can come visit my brother with my sponsorship when i am gone?

It is not necessary for sponsor to be in the US when they visit the US.
