B2 visa rejected today

My B2 visa was rejected in Canada. I wanted to go to US for an interview at a Canadian consulate for canadian permanent residency.
Currently I am on visitor visa as my work-permit expired 2 months ago. They said since I am not working right now, I don't have sufficient ties to Canada.

Now, if I go to India (my home country) & apply again after 3 weeks, will they question my ties to India (My parents are in india, I have been in Canada for past 4 years.)

Please help!

Yes, they will question the same thing in India.

However, once you are in India, why do you need US B2 visa?

Why wouldn't you go to Canadian immigration in India itself?

That won't be possible as my case is being processed at a Canadian consulate in US. They will have to transfer my entire file to the Canadian High Commission in India (which I doubt they will).
