I am holding b1-b2 visa valid for 5 years and I visited once US for a period of around 1 month.

Question is , can I visit agian USA on same visa for purpose of real estate investmnet? such as buying a family house for holiday use , I may want to resell it furture ..

Do I need to contact agian the consulate to stamp another type of Visa

You don't need new visa.
