  • Question regarding I-134 form

    Hi,

In I-134 we mentioned both father-in-law and mother-in-law,
but now only MIL is going for visa interview next week.

Will that be a problem? Please reply.

    Thanks in advance,
    Prashdeep.

Not a problem. It is better that both apply for visa, only if one is traveling.

      I-134 Affidavit of Support Question

Hi, I filed a K-3 Visa for my wife recently and I uunderstand that one of the requirements is an I-134 (Affidavit of Support Form).

It seems that I don't have a job now and my bank money is low. I also dont own any assets. Can somebody else sponsor my wife and fill out the I-134 form? She has an Aunt here in the U.S. who has assets and a stable job. Can the Aunt fill up the I-134 instead of me? thanks
