seperate set of documents for each applicant??

HI,

My husband is sponsoring my father and mother for their visitor visa,
1. I know we need to send separate I-134 for each applicant, but what about other documents like passport copies, tax return copies, bank account verification letter, invitation letter and letter to consulate etc. all these should be separate sets for each applicant.

2. In I-134 form in column no.1 under (d) column... ie.
"If a lawfully admitted permanent resident of united states , give "A" number...

In the above column should we mention A number and EAD number on EAD card, because we are under EAD status, I-485 is not yet approved.

1. One copy only for all those documents.
2. Just find little space below and write "Adjustment of Status" and then write A number.
