Hello Experts,
This is for my sister who recently visited me here in USA from India. When she entered in USA she was given an I-94 which is valid for 6 months. But her stay was planned only for 15 days. So as per her schedule she left after 15 days. For your information she visited me on a Tourist Visa.
The problem occured when I came to know that the airline crew did not take off the I-94 attached on her passport while departing from the US airport.
I know that this must have happened to several other people but I am little worried if Immigration department may not allow her entry back in USA later or may Question her about her previous stay when she tries to visit me next.
Is there any way She can still submit her I-94 or it is just wait and watch game ?
