Need urgent help regarding DS 156 changes

hello,
i have taken the appointment for my mother and after taking the appointment i found some monor mistake in DS-156 form. the field number is 9" Other first name and middle name used" and i entered " N/A ". so just want to make changes there. any idea what's the solutions or how can i change. please reply soon since i have date on tuesday.

VFS local office will help you in this; One of my friend had similar kind of problem they told they can help With in 5 days prior to the appointment date
