Urgent Question on I-134

We are currently in the process of preparing the documents for my parents visit. My husband is the sponsorer. My husband has previously sponsored the visits for his parents in 1998. My question is in Item No.10 "That I have previously submitted visa petitions to the Immunization and Naturalization Services for the following persons" what should we answer? In the previous question Item No.9 where it says "That I previously submitted the Affidavit of Support for the following" he has already mentioned their names and dates. Please advise.
