good day sir!

my daughter got her US citizenship this month. she plans to sponsor me to a permanent resident visa..i am here in Ca. and my 194 will expire on dec.09,2009...i can't get an extension coz my EOS is limited... i'm planning to leave on march 2010..
my questions is ..does it make a big trouble for my daughter's application for green card holder ?

i'm ready to give up my 10-yr. multiple tourist visa....

my daughter will sponsor me this month as permanent legal resident here...i'm worried for my 1-94 which will expire dec.09,2009..is it Ok if i'll stay and wait while it is still processing?..am i free from any future problems?.
