Inviting my parents for graduation

Hi..
i am planning to invite my parents for my graduation. I have a doubt regarding the application and sponsorship.
During the application it asks for the
purpose of travel:
Do i need to select
"Spouse/child of the person studying in the USA"
"Tourism/family visit/All other purposes"


Other thing is..
I asked my parents to make upto 3 lakhs in the bank to show as proof of funds.
I am working on campus. I have around 4000 in the bank .. can I also provide the consulate that I can bear the expenses after their entry iinto the US. Is there any pitfall in this.

When I applied for avisitor visa in 2005, I mentioned about my son's graduation & tourism.
I self sponsored for my visa & got a invite letter form my son. I had lot of balance in my account and shown properties and my self employment as proof for the ties in the home country.
Got the visa in the first attempt. No doccuments were seen but only few questions were asked about my self employment.

I don't understand why you think the other option can be selected.

"Tourism/family visit/All other purposes" should be chosen.
