repeated rejections

hi,I am xtremely distressed my mom's visa got rejected 3 times,she is above 54 years ,has vast ammount of land and property also have other 3 children staying in india ,they are all married ,my dad is a exporter and has 20 years of US visa which experes in 2012,I am a green card holder is their any way i can help my mom come here by contacting a lawyer ,I don't know what to do?plss some body help me my id is [email protected] ,pls post your replies ,if only she can come here and stay for a short time.

I wonder how can anyone get 20 years US visa. Maximum I know is 10 years.

Lawyer would not be of much help.
