Hello,
My Parents are planning to appear for US visitor's visa by end of this month. As a sponsor I need to fill up affidavit of support (I-134) and I have few doubts:
Form I - 134:
1) I entered US on H-1b (I-94) since then I never left United States and now I have become a permanent resident and USCIS took away my I-94, should I enter my already expired I-94 number through which I entered US or new permanent resident A number that I got when I became a permanent resident?
2) what should I answer for: #2 (I am ___ years of age and have resided in the United States since (date) ___)? should it be the most recent date or the first time I landed in US?
3) My parents address does not fit, can type it on an already filled and printed out form? or do I need to attach and attachment instead?
I tried surfing the forum for answers but was not able to find one ( I am sure there must be but I failed to find one) so here I am posting it.
immihelp is the best site ever, real nice guidance.
Thanks and looking forward for the answers.
