want to acquire a visa for my mom

i want to get a visa for my Mom. i am a graduate student, and iam in a PhD program. i have a F1 visa for 5 years. i am having a full scholarship with tuition fee exemption and stipend. So i can support my Mom's stay here with me for 5 years. Can she get a multiple entry visitors visa for 5 years? if so what is the procedure? please advise in as much detail as possible.
