Urgent... Pls help reg Visa extension for parents

Hi All,

My parents are on visitor's visa and their I94 expires on Dec 3rd, 2004. This is their FIRST visit to US and they have 10 years visa. We are planning to extend their stay till March 2005 because my sister (who is also in US) is expecting in Feb 2005. My question is:
1) This being their first visit will they have a problem getting their extension approved?
2) Can they leave now and return in Feb 2005 (within 2 months)

Does anyone have a similair experience?

1. Difficult to say yes or no. But first visit does not means they will not get approval. Also does not mean second visit means they will get approval .
