Grandmother visitor visa

My grandmother has a 10 year visitor visa. After being in the US for about 6 months, she went to visit my brother in Canada. She will stay there for about 5-6 months. Can she then come back to the US and stay here for few months before going back to India?

She can. However, if the officer suspsects that she is trying to stay in the US too much, that may create a problem for her.
