Need some assistance

Hi there,

I am really doing my head in trying to find an answer to this but if anyone has any info I would be really grateful. I entered the US under the Visa Waiver Program allowing me maximum 90 days stay. I realise I can't extend my stay under the VWP but am I able to apply for a visitor visa while I am in the US? I am Australian.

You have to go back to Australia within 90 days of arrival.

Once you go back, you can enter again under visa waiver, or you can apply for visitor visa.
