I am on H1 B visa, my wife is pregnant n due in april.
she is adopted child ,her biological father is younger brother of legal father, like she is neice to her biological father,
neither my nor her adopted parents can come for help, so we want to invite her biological parents for delivery,
please guide me wat relation to show for visa process, biological parents or uncle? plz reply
