Minimum time of stay before re entry

Hi,

I have a valid B1 visa with multiple entry upto June 2005. I came to US on sept 4th. I'm leaving back on Dec 2nd. My client wants me to stay for another 3 months. I'm planning to come back immediately after i goto India. However, i was told by my friends that there is a minimum cooling period that i should spend in India inspite of having multiple entry visa. Is this true? If so, how long i should be staying in India before i start back to US.

Can i start back on Dec last week to US from India?


Note: I don't want to take extension on my visa. I want to go and come back.

There is no such thing as 'cooling period'. You can come back whenever you want.
