Appeal after rejection

Is it possible to appeal to the consular after visitor visa is rejected. If yes, does anybody know how to appeal.

My father has no intentions to stay beyond 2-3 months. Does anybody have a good format of letter to assure the consular about this.

There is no way to reappeal.

Only choice is to reapply.
