Hi, I want to invite my sisters (2) and my cousins (2) for my daughter's baptism, they live in Peru. Actually, one is the godmother and my cousin is the godfather.
One of my sisters had a turist VISA 7 years ago. Her visa was cancel at the airport in Georgia, AT. because the inmigration though that she was coming to USA for stay here and not for visit, so they cancel it. I'm not sure if this called deportation because the inmigration never took her fingerprints, they just send her back to Peru.
Somebody knows if she could have any problem re-applying for a turist VISA again, or what she could do?
My husband and me are US citizens and he is filing out the I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT forms for each one. We have the money to support them for the time of the ceremony and they will comeback to Peru after two weeks.
What we could do with my sister case? We need other forms to fill it out?
Thanks
