Hi,

If I give-birth my baby at USA while I am visiting USA with a visit visa will I be deported from USA after the child birth??? May I get a legal status to live in USA??? Because of my baby????? Can I bring my husband to USA later???? Because he does not have a visit visa. If I get a status to live in USA then how long does it take to get the status?

Just because you had a baby born in the US, neither you nor your husband will get any legal status in the US or right to stay.

You will have to be able to stay on your own.

Only after your child turns 21 years, and makes enough money to sponsor you, you can stay in the US.
