I have 1 year multiple visit visa (r b1/b2 visa)my issue date is 23 nov 2009, and expiration

20 nov 2010. my Question is should i go to usa with in 6 months or after 6 month it will expire? ...

You can visit at any time before the visa expires. There is no six months rule.
