Minimum time before re enter

My Indian citizen mother having 10 year multiple entry visa.
She is leaving mid of next month. But she woul like to comeback soon.

My question is what is the minimum time duration of stay in india for re enter usa.

i recently got the visa of us . it is of B1/B2 type valid upto april 2016.
i heard that i should travel US within 3 month after i get my visa.
if not my visa will be automatically cancelled , is it so?
please specify me that...

Please read the link what immihelp posted below your post. You can enter USA even on the last date of your vaild visitor visa.
