  • I-539 fee

I filed the I 539 application for my in-laws extending visitor visa. I used one application for both.i.e I included my mother-in-law name in the same (supplement) form.

Here is my question: The USCIS web site showing about fee $300.00 per form.

That means I need to pay $300.00 only for both or $600.00.

I am getting ready to file for an extension for my in-laws
I have the same question. Is this explicitly mentioned anywhere in the USCIS site.
Sorry for being paranoid , but i am getting mixed information on this( not confirmed though)

My friend had applied for extension of stay for his father and mother and paid 300 dollars only. His parents also got the extension. He applied on 27th Oct 2009 and got the approval on 18th Nov 2009. Hope this clarifies your doubt.
