1)I read in instructions of I-134 who are on H1 have to mention that somewhere.

where is that , actually as i need to represent i am on EAD.

2) in I-134 " if lawfully admitted nonimmigrant, give the form I-94 , arrival and departure documnet number "

for this I came on h1 now i am on valid EAD and my I-94 date got expired ,still i have to give copy of form I-94 ? is there anything wrong with expired I-94.


3) is it compulsory to mention all our financial property or something which is enough to visitors visa is it ok as i dont want to make it to know to whom i am sponsoring the visitor .

1 & 2. There is no place to mention EAD. Therefore, after A, B, C, D, E options, write just below it that you are on Adjustment of Status.

3. You don't have to show all property, just enough to show that you are capable of sponsoring.

1) so in front of the option E should i mention my arrival and departure number from I-94 as i entered on H1 but right now on EAD .

admin before knowing this, my spouse already sent the filled original I-134 through mail. but in that form we mentioned the departure number from I-94 but didnt write suppoartely with pen we are on EAD . is it ok if they ask in interview to say that we are on EAD . or shall i send to new I-134 again ?

that is with out pen in front of e itself i should not mention that i am on EAD so expired and port of entry I-94 number with in paranthasis " present on EAD "
