Hello,

I wanted to know how can my mom and I sponsor my mom's brother to visit US when she does not work and just has a property under her name and I will be showing my income, bank statements? Also is it possible for us to fill out all the paper work that my uncle would need in India to bring with him? Also what forms would he need? Do we send the i-134 to him to take to the embassy or do we mail that somewhere here?

If your mother has no income, how is planning to sponsor her brother? By selling the property? She can't sponsor him.

what if me and her have a joint bank account, will that be fine for her to send the sponsor papers? I wanted to show the joint bank statement along with the property papers under her name and my employment papers showing my income to support his expenses and travel

can the form ds 160 be filled out by me for my uncle and send him the confirmation page along with the I 134 and supporting documents or does my uncle have to pay the fees before filling out the DS 160? Is that the only form which needs to be filled out by my uncle in india?

Whoever has the money can sponsor. It is not more complicated than that.

You can fill out DS-160 before paying the fees.
