    Visa Expiration

    My parent-in-law 5-year visa expires on 15th July, 2010. They do not want to extend it further due to old age but planning to visit USA this month. They will fly back to India on 13th July. Is this a issue as Visa expires two days later?

    Any response to above please...

      They can enter USA even on the last date of the expiry of their visitor visa. Their stay depends solely on the date stamped in I 94 form given at POE.
