I just want ask everybody if you have any idea on my situation. I'm currently working on my adjustment of status, and I live in New York. I'm planning on going to Guam next year but I just want to know what is the requirement coming back to mainland US fom Guam. I have some notice of receipts/action from the INS but I don't have a visa stamp on my passport because I don't have any plan on going out of the US before I get my greencard. I know that Guam is a US territory and US citizens/immigrants just need to show their birth certificate or greencard but how they work with a non-immigrant is a puzzle to me. I already asked my lawyer and he's currently doing a research on my situation. Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
