Hello, I am trying to get info abt how to get my ex-mother-in-law and ex brother-in-law (17yrs o) a visa to visit us. she will visit her grandchild and her son (my ex) and also she will come and meet my new baby, she was born with tumors in her brain and heart and she is only 5 month old. they live in jalisco , mexico. she dnt knw how to read and has a hardtime traveling alone, is there anyway we can apply here in MI or near the border of MX? please need info we really would like for her and her younger son to visit us and meet our new addition to our fam. thnx
