Visitor's visa for my Uncle

Hi,
I am working as independing consultant (self- employed).
I am planning to apply for visitor's visa for my uncle and aunt.
Since, I work as independent consultant, how do I prove that I am employed ?will the pay stubs alone is enough ?
Could anyone please provide details if you know.
