I want to attend a church conference in the US. What visa type should I choose: B1 or B2 or both? It's a basically a religious conference (worship, prayer, meditation). The church is providing accommodation and feeding. In this case, can someone sponsor me or do I state self sponsor? Thank you.

I have not yet being to the embassy before, not yet gone for the interview. I submitted a form, but needed to make corrections. So I started a fresh application. My question is that if I update my cgi profile with the new form, will the old form be referenced in the interview. Or will the interview be based solely on the new form?
