Hi,
I recently returned from the states and am due to return very shortly. I have just noticed that my Visa Waiver I-94 is still attached in my passport.
I contacted the US Embassy here in the UK and they said I should take it with me,along with evidence that I did return home,IE bank Statements, return boarding pass etc and hand it in at immigration when I return to the US.Normally I would have to send it off to the ACS-USCIS to get it sorted out but that takes 8 weeks and I am meant to leave in 10 days.
My concern is it all seems a bit unsettling to know that the immigration officer may refuse me admission. Has this happened to anyone? Is there any advice you can give?
Thanks
MH
