Sibling Visa - Should I sponsor?

Hello,
I'm on H1B visa and I want to have my brother and sister in law visit me in the US. My brother is 30 and owns a business. Please let me know if it'll be wise for me to sponsor him or have him file on his own?

My suggestion would be to have them self sponsor their visit.

It shows that they are well to do in their own home country & won't have any intention to stay in USA.
