Hello folks.
My father and mother attended the biometric appt.today. All went well. When filling out the profile at ustraveldocs my father had selected the date of June 25 for consulate interview date with an idea that we could reschedule to an earlier date post-biometrics. Their fixed date for US arrival is July 19, 2019. Now when we login to ustravel docs we do not see an option to cancel or reschedule the consular appointment. Please help.
