Appointment problem

My brother has gone for emergency appointment by mentioning the reason preganancy. Is this going to be a problem to become an issue for my parents who have applied for B2(Tourist visa). Is this going to become a problem for the children residing in US.

I dont find any dates available in VFS site.Is there any specific time to
be checked.Please help me out.
