Mother's name not matching with one on Passport

Hi, I submitted the online DS-160 for my parents-in-law. I just found that the my father-in-law's mother name is different on his passport than what I have submitted in Form.

Will this be an issue? I have not yet scheduled the appointment. Can I submitted the same or new DS-160 for him again? Thanks in Advance.

You should upload the saved DS-160, make correction and submit it again. And schedule the appointment with correct one.
