  • My Sister who is 26 married working her b2 visiting visa rejected 4 times.help needed

    Hi,
My Sister is married and working and her visa got rejected 4 times..what can be done so she get visa.
First time when she applied she was not working or married..but on 3rd and 4th time she was working and also married. Please help since i stay in USA..and my parents visit me every year in summer and also her husband has visiting visa and he is coming in summer on work reasons to USA.In the 4th interview she said..her husband got a invitation to come over to usa for a week seminar and she would like to accompany him for seminar and also its there anniversary around same time..so they would like celebrate the anniversary by visiting US during the same time frame.and she also mentioned she is self sponsor...not sure what else is wrong ..they dont ask her any documents..they just ask 4 questions and they say its rejected. Also would like to know is it advisable to reapply again immediately. She did her 3rd application in MArch and 4th in MAy.

She is the only best person to evaluate the reason & what could be done to resolve it.

Try to identify what thing in her profile shows that she won't return to her home country. Or how can you prove strong ties to home country.

For example: Is she earning good enough to self sponsor? A person earning $5000 per year cannot spend $3000 for a trip of 7 days.
