My H1B extension was denied. I am planning to refile H1. Before that, I am planning to visit US. Can I apply for B2 for short visit? Will there be any issue if I apply for H1 after some time. Will there be any issue due to my B2 visa

You would have a little bit of difficulty getting a B2 immediately after an H1 denial. -
