Hello,
You must be aware that the portal for filling up the DS160 form for visa applications is extremely slow. I was wondering if the issue is related to load on the system. If so, Is there a recommended time (US time zone) when the performance is better. We have been trying for 8 hrs and about to give up at 3.45am CST.
