So for my grand-father who is above 80 years I completed all the formalities and even received the interview waiver confirmation letter.

I had one query in the section which lists out documents required for B1/B2. There is something which says "DOMESTIC HELPER- Employer's visa copy & signed employment contract". What does this exactly mean?

My grand-father is traveling to the US along with my mother (who already has the US visa). Kindly help me out.

It is applicable only to those who are getting a domestic helper, i.e. a maid, and asks for their employment contract. It does not refer to traveling companions and is not applicable for you.
