Online DS-160 times out

Sir/ Madam,

We have been attempting to fill the DS-160 form for a visitor visa.
The form times out in a very short time (hardly 2 – 3 minutes).
I have managed to complete the first 6 pages online. When I
upload this information, its takes a while to upload and very soon,
even before I reach page 7 from where I need to start entering date,
the system times out. I use a high speed broad band connection.

Request your advise on how to complete the form and fix an appointment
for interview for my mother for a visitor visa. Is there an alternative manual method?

Online DS-160 times out

Its the problem with site. It took 4 days for me to fill one form. The second form, I could submit in just 15 minutes today morning. So its all about timing and luck with website. Good luck!
