US Visa Information

Hello Sir,

I have B1/B2 US visa which will expire on
22-05-2016. I would like to visit my cousin in US. He is permanent resident
in US.

My question is

1) whether I will be able to visit US for 3 weeks.
2) What are the formalities that will be required.
3) What documents needs to be submitted by my cousin as he will sponsor all
my trip expenses.
