Information about custom form and I-94 filling

Hi,

My Mother in law is travelling soon to US.She doesn't know to write english.Is there any way , we can help her out in filling customs form and I-94 form.We are planning to book wheel chair for her.Does that person who assist with wheel chair help in filling these documents.

please advise.

You can't fill the actual forms for them as they are distributed in the plane and not really downloadable.

The best thing you could do is download the blank forms from https://www.immihelp.com/visa-immigr...ple-documents/, fill them up and provide them to your mother.

Ask you mother to ask the flight attendant or fellow passenger to copy the information from the forms you filled into the actual forms.

Wheel chair person would not generally help with that.

Anyway, you should ask for the wheel chair only if she is physically disabled and not because she does not know English. Airline and airport people are very strict now a days and often demand the documents for it and ask the passenger to justify the need for it.
