minor visitor visa - supporting doc

My sister is seperated. When applying for my nephew's visitor visa she will be accompanying him.

1. Is there any specific document to be collected from father? please let me know and also send me formats if any.

If your sister has the legal custody of the child and has documentation to prove that, nothing is needed from child's father.

she has got papers ... but father has got visiting rights.. in other two more months all the formalities has to be closed at the court...

so we still dont need any papers from father?
