Infact's travel to US

We left our son in India this month and my in-laws are planning to bring him with them next month end. my son is a US citizen and my in-laws have vistors visa. Do I need to send any specific document (forms?) to my in-laws just as our approval to bring our son with them. I am little worried whether the immigration office in US may create any problem after their arrival.

If any one of you already had similar experience please reply.
