I would like to know if there is possibility to change the annotation of my visitors visa. Here is the details of my visa:
Visa type/class-R B1/B2
Entries-M
Issue date -10Nov 2009, Expiration date-09Nov2010
Annotation-to take NPTE exam in Honolulu
Because I failed the exam the first time I took it in Honolulu and want to take it to another state,can the Honolulu be deleted or changed to another state?
