My parents got 10 yr multiple entry visa and they reached US recently.
They also got 6months period in I-94 which expires in Jan(First Visit to US). They are going back to India in Jan(I am not planning for applying extension).
Want to know the following
1 - Is there any restriction in terms of days or months that they need to stay in India before they can come back?
2 - If there is a restriction what is the no. of days they need to be in India?
3 - Does no. of days of stay in India before second return is directly proportional to second time I-94 period.? Like more the days in India more time in I-94?
